Pre-set Boot & Recovery Images

Go with the Mac.

I've used computers since 1982 - a Commodore 64 - and have never been a huge fan of Apples/Macs. I sold them for a couple of years about a dozen years ago and have owned a PC store for the past 10 years.

Curious, mainly due to my love of Apple's iPods and iPhones, I bought a Mac Mini about four months ago... And I LOVE it! It's the lowest priced Mac you can get and outruns many of our shop PCs with Windows XP running in Parallels! But I hardly ever use Windows because I enjoy OS X so much.

I love it so much, I'm thinking about selling Macs! Seriously.

So... back on topic... =)

Does anyone know of a way to change the boot and recovery images AFTER pwning the phone? I used Pwnage Tool 2.0 and have - of course - already installed a dozen and a half apps. My data isn't a big deal to resync because I use MobileMe, but if I have to re-pwn it just to change the images, I'll live the pineapple!

I don't know about Pwnage Tool because I don't have a Mac. I don't think you can though. You definatley can with winpwn.

Do you know if I could use winpwn to change the logos on 2.0? I understand that the new version of winpwn that supports FW2.0 is not out yet, but I was hoping that I could use the latest version of winpwn to change the logos on my phone that I pwned with the Mac version of Pwnage Tool 2.0....
